Our body consists of trillions of cells which need over 100 different nutrients during the day.

To function properly we need a healthy nutrition plan with balanced levels of energy,vitamins,minerals,good carbohydrates,plant -based proteins, healthy fats and beneficial fibre,herbs and antioxidants.

Water

Water is vital .

We should aim to drink be-tween 1-5-2 litres per day to stay hydrayted and help flush out the toxins and waste.

Your body uses over 1 litre during the night alone,through breathing,sweating and your morning visit to the bathroom.

Eating

Eating the right types and amounts of food is vital for maintaing your energy during the day.

Your body converts your food into energy and uses it for normal activities during the day and when you excercise.

Night Time

At night your body's cells need to regenerate and restore,using the vitamins and minerals you have given during the day.

Morning

You wake up in the morning and your body is empty so you need fuel
